Video Planning and a Better Schedule

Lately I’ve been trying to better utilize my planner in order to help manage working out, making videos, editing videos, and homework. So, by doing this I will hopefully be uploading a new video every Tuesday! I have sewing tutorials planned for the next couple weeks (not including this week) but I would love to hear feedback about what you guys might be interested in seeing whether it be just a vlog or perhaps a makeup tutorial.  I’ll do my best to stay on track and continue with weekly uploads starting next week so stay tuned and don’t forget to let me know what you would like to see.  ❤

New Opportunities and New Tutorials~

Over the past month I’ve been working to get a new job for the upcoming school year and I’m almost done with my interviewing! I’ve been working towards becoming a resident’s assistant in the dorms at my campus and I was lucky enough to pass through the first round of interviews which was a huge step and I have my next and last interview this Friday. Although I won’t know my standing for sure until later in the school year, I feel pretty confident that I hold a good standing. ❤ Also, I will soon be working on a new tutorial involving Portal’s Companion Cubes and a cute way to maybe make your friend or significant other a meaningful Valentine’s Day gift. Probiotic Update~

Probiotic Update~

I have been finished with my 12 day probiotic for over a week now and I figured I would do a little review about it! I really enjoyed the product that I used which was a blueberry juice. It was not only delicious, but also made me feel pretty great! The whole 12 day experience was equal to drinking three cartons in total. So, every morning when I woke up, I drank a small coffee cup size portion of it before I started my day. I feel like it was especially helpful in removing bad waste from my body after all of the unhealthy eating that happened over the holidays and after being back at university for a few weeks, my weight has gone down almost back to normal I think. I hope to keep up my routine and also to work out so that I can get to the weight that I am comfortable with. ❤

Healthier Habits

Since it’s a new year I decided to finally put myself into gear and eat healthier and get some exercise. For example, this morning I made myself some eggs as well as drank a blueberry acai probiotic juice. It is supposed to help with digestion but I’m only on day two so I haven’t noticed much yet, but I’ll keep you posted! The good news is that it’s delicious!~ My goal is to lose about 20-30 pounds by late May. I have some new cosplays that I’m working on and I want to be able to feel more comfortable in them. I’m very excited though and I’m very proud of myself ^x^

Hello everyone! So I have exciting news for this amazing new year! I have officially decided to start a Youtube channel featuring tutorials on costumes, makeup, and possibly even wigs. I would also love to start vlogging when I go to conventions, especially with Acen coming up in May. Although it may be the only convention I can attend this year, I think it will be a good start! 🙂 Because of the convention coming up however, I will try my best to post tutorials as I make my assortment of costumes, both to here, and to Youtube. You can find me on Youtube as (of course) TheJasmineKitten. No videos are up yet but I’ll try my best to get one out soon. Hopefully just an intro to start off and then some tutorials. Family Dinners and Tutorials

This is going to be just a quick update because of my lack of posting. I haven’t been doing much this past week because I’ve been continuously ill. It’s just been a constant headache for over a week but it seems to be subsiding. On the bright side however, I have been able to get some things done! For example, Jake and I went to his house over the weekend to visit his family and attend a dinner which was very fun like always. Also, on Monday, I was able to swing by Jo Ann’s to get some fabric for a costume I’ve been wanting to make! So hopefully within a couple of weeks I’ll be posting a tutorial or two on what I’m making and they’ll be easy so that beginners can do them. ❤

Crafts and Coping <3

Being at college can be very stressful at times as evident by many of the students that attend. So! I thought it would be fun to try to help myself get through that stress by crafting more and making clothing items and also plushies. I also thought it would be a really great idea to start posting sewing tutorials for the things that I make as I go along so that others can learn for free without having to but tons of fancy patterns. I’m also starting off each day now by writing something positive and putting it on a post-it note and then sticking it on the wall by my bed so that I’ll be motivated right away for the day.~ As for the plushie tutorials, as a reward for beating a video game I’ll be making an object from that game. For example, for Kingdom hearts I’ll make a paopu fruit. I would like to do this for short games as well and I just finished one recently so I’d like to start working on that shortly. I hope everything goes well! ❤
