Probiotic Update~

I have been finished with my 12 day probiotic for over a week now and I figured I would do a little review about it! I really enjoyed the product that I used which was a blueberry juice. It was not only delicious, but also made me feel pretty great! The whole 12 day experience was equal to drinking three cartons in total. So, every morning when I woke up, I drank a small coffee cup size portion of it before I started my day. I feel like it was especially helpful in removing bad waste from my body after all of the unhealthy eating that happened over the holidays and after being back at university for a few weeks, my weight has gone down almost back to normal I think. I hope to keep up my routine and also to work out so that I can get to the weight that I am comfortable with. ❤

Healthier Habits

Since it’s a new year I decided to finally put myself into gear and eat healthier and get some exercise. For example, this morning I made myself some eggs as well as drank a blueberry acai probiotic juice. It is supposed to help with digestion but I’m only on day two so I haven’t noticed much yet, but I’ll keep you posted! The good news is that it’s delicious!~ My goal is to lose about 20-30 pounds by late May. I have some new cosplays that I’m working on and I want to be able to feel more comfortable in them. I’m very excited though and I’m very proud of myself ^x^

Midterms, Halloween, and Food

First off, I apologize for the late entry this week. It was midterms week so I had papers and multiple tests to take so I’ve been super busy. However, I finally got everything I need for my Halloween costume and I’m super excited about it. I’m being the bride of Frankenstein so I bought scar wax, green and white paint, fake nails (I can’t paint mine because of work), purple lipstick, tights with scars on them, neck bolts, white hair spray, and a tattered dress costume with a veil. I’ll be all dressed up this Saturday so I’ll be sure to post pictures on here and on Instagram. Also! I have been eating almost no meat at all so that is very exciting but I still eat in on occasion but not nearly as much as I did before. ❤

New Eating Habits

Hey there! So lately I’ve been trying to better my eating habits and I’m slowly trying to change my diet back to vegetarian and it’s going well! I’ve completely stopped eating red meat and I only eat small amounts of chicken but I think I’m ready to take the next step and try to stop eating meat completely if I can. I’ve also been trying to make healthier decisions and overall trying to better myself so I’m very excited. I’ve still been losing weight at college which I think is pretty awesome and I’m really proud of myself. ❤ I’m excited to live on my own eventually so that I can prepare my food myself. img_20161004_122443
