Probiotic Update~

I have been finished with my 12 day probiotic for over a week now and I figured I would do a little review about it! I really enjoyed the product that I used which was a blueberry juice. It was not only delicious, but also made me feel pretty great! The whole 12 day experience was equal to drinking three cartons in total. So, every morning when I woke up, I drank a small coffee cup size portion of it before I started my day. I feel like it was especially helpful in removing bad waste from my body after all of the unhealthy eating that happened over the holidays and after being back at university for a few weeks, my weight has gone down almost back to normal I think. I hope to keep up my routine and also to work out so that I can get to the weight that I am comfortable with. ❤

Healthier Habits

Since it’s a new year I decided to finally put myself into gear and eat healthier and get some exercise. For example, this morning I made myself some eggs as well as drank a blueberry acai probiotic juice. It is supposed to help with digestion but I’m only on day two so I haven’t noticed much yet, but I’ll keep you posted! The good news is that it’s delicious!~ My goal is to lose about 20-30 pounds by late May. I have some new cosplays that I’m working on and I want to be able to feel more comfortable in them. I’m very excited though and I’m very proud of myself ^x^
